Alzheimers South Canterbury has been supporting those living with dementia in their local communities for over 25 years, ensuring those living with and/or affected by dementia can remain active and engaged members of their community by walking the journey with clients and their family/whanau and helping them to navigate their dementia journey.

Services Offered include:

– Social Support

– Carer support groups

– Advocacy & Education

– Individual support e.g. home visits & telephone support

– Support with coordination of care/services within the community
